Architectural Review Committee

Construction of any building on any lot at The Ranch must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee  PRIOR to the beginning of construction. 

Click on the Architectural Review Committee Application, fill it out completely, attach a copy of your lot survey and follow the instruction on the form to submit the application. 

Please share the important information on page 2 of the Application Form with any contractors or subcontractors working on site.
