Construction of roads and sewer in The Ranch Second Subdivision is nearly complete. Next step is installation of utilities and paving of roads. We expect to finish up and have lots available by the end of September or early October. If you are interested in a rural lot, take a drive out to The Ranch and check out Phase 2 which sits northeast of Phase 1, is a little further away from Hwy 83 (so no highway noise) and backs up to endless views. Lots range from 3/4 to one acre and there are walk-out lots, daylight lots, fully level lots, lots backing up to coulees and green space — there’s something for everyone!
